Mixing Operator- 3rd Shift

Job Description
Accurately entering data into computer and Flexnet
Yield reconciliation
Preparing NCR's as required
Maintaining quality standards by performing in-process quality inspections
Perform job set-ups and changeovers, and lot closings
Implementing continuous improvement efforts regarding productivity
Proficiency at clean room practices
Training other associates on systems as required
Teamwork - cooperate with all employees.
Takes initiative and is self-motivated, mechanically inclined.
Decision making - willing to use judgment within limits.
Have excellent communication and organization skills, both written and verbally.
Working knowledge of Basic shop math and MS office.
Mechanical and technical inclination - able to demonstrate basic machinery adjustments
Ability to perform material handling functions including use of hand jacks, lifting devices, cutting tools and related material handling equipment.
Must be able to function in a controlled pharmaceutical environment.
Must be able to read and operate assorted scales, gauges and other measuring devices and accurately weigh product for each mixing assignment
Ability to follow detailed mixing room cleaning duties
Able to verify proper license plates and status labeling; set up and close open lots; verification that raw materials have been released for production prior to use
Practice stock rotation per FIFO SOP
Ability to reconcile product at the end of a production run
Operate HMI's to perform basic trouble shooting and operating mix systems
Operate CIP's and COP's
Ability to run to a specific production schedule
Ability to meet monthly for departmental meetings during off shift hours
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to intermittently maneuver and lift up to 50 pounds.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
