Customer Service / Order Entry

Innovative and growing lighting company seeks a motivated, outgoing Customer Service Representative to join their team.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for:



  • Answering incoming calls and providing customer service over the phone and/or via email

  • Entering customer orders into the computer system

  • Maintaining customer records

  • Additional clerical and administrative duties including filing, data entry, and composing correspondence.

  • Will be assisting shipping and receiving department in lifting 10-30 lb boxes.


Customer Service Representative Qualifications:



  • PC proficiency

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Positive, can-do attitude is essential for success.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
