Staff Quality Engineer, CAPA

In this role, you will be responsible for the management of Corrective Action and Preventative Action (CAPA) investigations as well as Non-Conformance (NC) investigations and process activities. You will organize and drive solutions with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance to the process requirements and the consistency of CAPAs and NCs.
You will also:
+ Lead Root Cause analysis investigations.
+ Drive continuous improvement on Root Cause investigations and CAPA process.
+ Coordinate CAPA review board and maintain meeting minutes.
+ Ensure CAPA investigations are clearly documented and implemented to fulfill regulatory and business requirements.
+ Support the development and rollout of any new CAPA solutions.
+ Lead quality support as a consultant to our organization to build understanding of quality concepts and drive our quality culture.
+ Drive data analysis to create improvement opportunities or lead quality improvements of our products, systems, or processes.
+ Drive the NC/CAPA system to achieve key process indicators and continuous improvement and act as the Divisional Process Owner.
+ Manage NC/CAPAs for identification, scope, investigation, root cause, and planning.
+ Lead Quality centric problem solving 8D?s and CAPA?s.
What you need
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or equivalent .
4+ years of related experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
