Director, Human Resources Business Partner

Provide high-level strategic HR partnership to business unit leadership team and other supporting functions. Primary focus will be on partnering with the leadership teams to create and develop a highly engaged, high performance team that consistently delivers results. This individual will deliver HR partnership through: talent management, succession planning and individual development planning activities, change management, performance management, employee relations, and orchestration of other HR services.
+ Work with business leader to define the right organizational design to execute the most effective delivery methods
+ Coaches leadership on developing and cultivating organizational capabilities.
+ Supports the change management and organizational design components of transformation strategies and activities by designing change strategies, identifying human capital threats (and providing mitigating strategies)
+ Partner with local HR to ensure that in all cases they are in the loop and provide the right guidance
+ Attract, develop and retain the right HR talent to meet the needs of the business.
+ Create a culture of partnership with managers and employees in the areas of training, communication and development to ensure improved organizational performance and employee growth.
+ Interpret and administer company policies / guidelines, and advise / counsel others in equitable application.
+ Coach leaders on the performance management process for the organization (performance reviews, compensation, talent reviews, etc.).
+ Plan, evaluate, research and/or recommend systemic and/or process improvements for the HR function.
+ Manage all financial drivers related to headcount (full time ? contractor ? temp decisions) Partner with the leader & talent acquisition team on all recruitment activity; always ensuring a high talent mindset is maintained and effective talent bench is in place for all roles.
+ Coach employees and managers with Gallup tools, such as Q12 feedback meetings and Action Planning sessions, provide StrengthsFinder coaching and Team Blends as needed, and provide profile feedback.
+ Own all recognition programs and execute recognition process for employees globally
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
+ B.B.A. or B.S. in any field
+ Minimum 10-15 years Human Resources or related experience is required, including fundamental knowledge of interviewing and selecting employees, employee laws, and compensation and benefits
+ SPHR/PHR Certificate preferred
+ Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
+ Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills
+ Intermediate PC and appropriate software skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
