Overview:
As a Precious Metal Refinery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operations of our precious metal refining facility.
Your leadership and expertise will ensure that our refinery meets production targets, quality standards, and compliance regulations while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork among the refinery staff.

Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Lead and manage daily refining operations to optimize productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to enhance refinery performance.
Monitor equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of machinery.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the consistent production of high-quality precious metals by adhering to strict refining standards.
Implement quality control measures and oversee the testing and analysis of metal samples.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding precious metal refining.
Promote and enforce safety protocols to minimize accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise refinery personnel, fostering a collaborative and motivated team.
Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to employees to drive continuous improvement.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels of precious metals, ensuring accuracy and security.
Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to optimize inventory turnover.
Budget and Cost Control:
Develop and manage the refinery's budget, controlling costs while meeting production goals.
Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in metallurgy, chemical engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in precious metal refining or a similar industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of refining processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
Leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
