- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate the Aloha POS system to input orders, process payments, and generate accurate receipts.
- Upsell and promote drink specials, happy hour deals, and special events to maximize sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and ensuring a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated at the bar.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure the health and well-being of customers.
Qualifications - Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and alcohol brands.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
- Familiarity with the Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
