Sunday- Thursday, 11pm-7am, overtime required Who we want:

What you will do:
Attend, participate and deliver in performance metrics review meetings.
Escalate issues requiring additional resources to Maintenance and/or Engineering leadership Track progress to manufacturing and Preventative maintenance schedule and take necessary action to ensure supply plan has been met including determining labor requirements and staffing levels daily Implement process and systemic improvements.
Lead teams to PM and repair machine(s) efficiently Support Tech Team on the floor with Electrical and Mechanical skill set Partner with Stockroom to assure proper parts and quantities on hand for reactive and preventative maintenance Partner with Engineering and support improvement projects, validation support, and enhance machine efficiencies Ensure Tech team has a well-rounded skill set and implement cross training to develop skills in areas of need Maintain GMP, GDP and quality standards.
Perform or assist with investigations for NC's attributed to machinery issues Utilize the Stryker Production System (SPS) to improve performance including 6S, MDI, line balancing, process waste removal and standard work Lead non-conformance investigations, and process records through quality management system.
Effective communication across multiple shifts Responsible for communicating with the department regarding preventative maintenance and reliability issues when applicable.
Ensure accountability of technicians including training timeliness and adherence to company policies and safety guidelines Ability to meet work schedule and meet overtime requirements, including weekends What you need:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED Required 5 years of experience required Minimum 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing cGMP environment or comparable experience Must be effective communicator and able to lead team.
Basic math skills and computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Able to effectively manage employees' performance while maintaining a personal culture Preferred:
Associate degree preferred or actively pursuing a degree Previous people management experience preferred About Stryker Our
