30pm-6:
30pm$19.
35/hour plus $2/hour shift premium Job Description for Oral Care Material Handler Transfer product from warehouse 1 to designated production area.
Ensure proper stock rotation checking dates and lot numbers.
Return all materials after job is completed back into warehouse 1 staging area.
Transport finished goods to designated location.
Transport gaylords of recyclable material to the appropriate area.
Keep work area clean and organized, sweep, and remove trash containers in a timely manner.
Assist other material handlers to maintain uninterrupted workflow through manufacturing When needed.
Communicate with oral care leads, skill level 2 operators, and techs on the production schedule of the day.
Assist comfort bath operators to stack boxes, unload material, and when backed-up on the packing on any line, help out when needed.
Inform warehouse when material is needed in a timely manner.
Assist the line operators and techs on job set-ups, changeovers, lot closings, and line clearance.
Assign raw goods into flex for inventory after you have verified the correct skid quantity, correct component, and correct lot number are printed on the skid plates.
Check available inventory in flex for missing skid plates and assign them to their appropriate lot/job if applicable.
Notify shift lead of any problems.
Ensure compliance to the current CGMPs throughout the manufacturing process.
(essential) Maintain company policies, safety rules, and keep work area in orderly condition (essential) Work from verbal and written instructions.
Multitasking required.
(essential) Perform other duties as assigned.
Participate in basic manufacturing house cleaning in order to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Quality/visual:
Visually inspect component product before using Verify all components against the bill of materials Visually and physically assure raw materials have been released for production before using Visual activity, near accommodation, color vision, and pushing, pulling .
Documentation:
Flex entries in the computer Material disposition forms (MDF) when applicable Reject sheets Physical and visual activities:
Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, crouching, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, Physical demands:
maximum requirements:
lifting weight/size/height/quantity/time/distance/relationships:
lifting of 70 lbs.
Required and be able to manipulate up to 110 lbs
Qualifications:
Ability to meet work schedule and meet overtime requirements, including weekends Ability to read understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions and policies in English Attention to detail Preferred
