Responsibilities:
The Concierge manages the reception area, answers telephones, takes/delivers messages and provides administrative and clerical support to the Business Office Manager.
Monitor the front lobby and entrance area for cleanliness Greet and direct all visitors in a friendly and helpful manner Answer all incoming calls timely Respond to resident and family members questions and concerns Organize and distribute incoming mail Requirements:
